EPT Private Bartending was founded on the idea of having a “nice looking” professional bartenders for most events. We offer our services to corporate events, weddings, private events, fundraisers and more. Our standard will be a mix of looks, personality, work ethic, professionalism, attire, and beyond.

Event staff for corporate events.
We work closely with our clients to understand their needs so that we can strategically source and recruit the best talent available for each and every event, small or large, simple or complex. As a leading event staffing company, we work tirelessly to provide impactful solutions for our client’s specific needs and challenges.
From wine festivals to street festivals and concerts; we have the experience to help make your event successful.
"WEDDING / PARTY BARTNEDER"
Alcohol and Mixers are not included.
We recognize that your event is an investment of your emotion, time, and finance, and we will always give you the maximum return on that investment. Plan your event with us in mind. We take your reservations up to one year in advance.
No matter how big or small your party is, we will create a customized bar service package specifically for your event and provide you with a detailed shopping list of how much alcohol, mixers, cups, ice, etc to buy for your selected cocktail menu. The bartender/s will come equipped with a basic bar and tool kit to set up a bar/workstation where needed.
Per industry standards, we recommend staffing 1 bartender for every 75 guests.
"THE EXECUTIVE"

OPEN BAR CATERING SERVICE (Recommended for parties of 100 or more guests. Price could varie depending on guest count, liquor brand, and cocktail selections)
Our Bar Catering Service is the most convenient way to host a party. We plan your cocktail menu together and we take care of the rest. Our catering service can be customized to fit your event staff needs from waiters to entertainers.
This option includes everything for a 5 cocktail menu selection (spirits, beer, mixers, cocktail cups, event staff, mobile bar, and garnishes.
Add $1.50 per guest for nonalcoholic beverages service.
The average cost for a Cocktail Bar for 100 guests....... $25/per guest (estimated at 3 to 4 cocktails per guest)
(Jack Daniels, Tito's Vodka, 1800 Tequila, Malibu Rum, Tanqueray Gin, and (1) Signature Cocktails. Mixers: Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, Cranberry Juice, Sweet n Sour. Cups, ice and beverage straws, and napkins are also included).
We have catered birthday parties, weddings, office parties, and corporate parties. When we say kick back and enjoy your party. Kicking back and enjoying your party is what you'll do.
"MOBILE CASH BAR" (CORPORATE EVENTS |300 GUESTS +)
Permit and Catering fees apply
If your event requires a cash bar we can provide a full bar catering service where we bring everything to run a smooth bar operation at any event. This includes cash registers, credit card readers, event staff, required permits,0 and general liability insurance. This service must be booked at a minimum of 4 weeks in advance.
